Agreement to Terms

Digital Products and Downloads

Access to digital downloads may be provided immediately upon purchase completion.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a specific project agreement, the project agreement shall prevail.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website, products, and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our products or services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scorch Branding LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
